In an unpredictable world, supervision can become a vital space where hope, love, and resilience are nurtured and transformed into meaningful action. When supervision is grounded in democratic values, equality, and respect, it creates a safe environment where professionals can explore challenges openly and grow through shared reflection. Falling “in love with supervision” in this sense refers to valuing the relational depth, ethical care, and mutual trust that supervision can cultivate.
